Service Activation

Activation of the server according to the tariff plan Standard with a server takes 6 hours, otherwise - no more than 1 working day. Availability of Tally ERP 9 servers can be checked with our support specialists. Activation of the server according to the tariff plan Lease takes no more than 1 working day and is counted from the provision of the customer data on the required OS on the server. Activation of the server according to the tariff plan Personnel takes no more than an hour and depends on the time the client transfers the server for installation.

Support

For dedicated servers, the Standard tariff plan provides full technical support, not inferior to the support of shared hosting services. For servers under the tariff plans Rent and Staff, the support service can only perform an immediate restart of the server on request, and also perform operations to resume access to the server if its inaccessibility is caused by technical problems in the server hardware. In the event of a malfunction of the server as a result of the work of the tenant chosen by the tenant, the order of work on our part is discussed individually.

Equipment

Tally ERP 9 Dedicated Servers for the Standard and Rental tariff plans are provided in the "as is" configuration. Installation of additional hard drives, memory and other components is not provided. It is possible to install an external data carrier on the server (according to the tariff plans Rent and Staff) without a separate power supply, that is, an external HDD powered by USB.

Monitoring

Active monitoring of the status of the Tally dedicated server according to the tariff plan Standard is performed around the clock by our administrators. Monitoring servers for tariff plans Rent and Personnel is performed no more than once per hour and only by external passive means.

Control Panel

The control panel of the server is available only for the dedicated server according to the tariff plan Standard. For servers on the tariff plans Rent and Personnel, only the DNS editor for the domains attached to the service is available. The management of the server on these tariff plans is performed by the server tenant using available tools provided by the software used.

Backup

Data backup is performed only on the Standard tariff plan by default. The copy is taken out every night and stored for 7 days. A full backup is provided and stored in an external storage. An incremental backup is stored on the server itself. You can restore the data from the service control panel. Backing up data for servers according to the tariff plans Rent and Personnel is performed by the tenant independently as needed.

Service payment procedure

For the use of VDS services, the customer makes a monthly advance payment of ValueHost for the services provided. In the absence of an advance payment for the current billing period, services under the contract are suspended. For Standard, Rent and Staff tariff customers, it is possible to "conditional extension" of the service for a period not exceeding 10 days from the expiration of the current extension period. About his desire to use the "conditional extension" of the service, the customer must inform ValueHost of any official communication channel before the expiry of the existing service. An application for a "conditional extension" is considered acceptable if the client has received an official response regarding the satisfaction of the application. In the absence of payment for the next billing period within 10 days from the expiration of the current extension period or the application from the client for a conditional extension, the server is retained for the client for another 10 days, after which the server is transferred to another client if any. Data on the server is deleted, and can not be restored.
